Responsible for helping buyers and sellers negotiate and complete real estate sales transactions, helping to manage all aspects of HUD and REO projects including cash for keys, evictions, marketing, contract negotiations, and closings.  Researching each property listing to determine sales history, tax assessments, and legal descriptions.
